Keith Puffenbarger

Owner

Keith has lived in the Prince William & Fauquier county area for most of his life.  He is a graduate of Brentsville High School in Nokesville, VA. He currently lives with his wife Sue, just across the Culpeper County line in Jeffersonton, VA.
Keith started his career as an insurance agent on October 1, 1976 at the age of 21.  Over his 30 plus year career Keith has worked for several companies as an Agent, Agency Manager, and District Manager.  Throughout his career, Keith has been a top producer who always had time to help others along the way.  Keith established the Puffenbarger Agency in May of 1989 where he has been the driving force and visionary for the Agency since the beginning.  Keith has been very active in both the Insurance Industry and local community organizations.  He has been active in the Optimist Club, Greater Piedmont Area Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, Life and Financial Professionals Association.  He is currently a Trustee and Deacon at Bealeton Baptist Church.

Wilton Elmore

President

Wilton has lived in the Prince William and Fauquier county area for most of his life.  He is a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Business Administration.  He currently lives with his family in the town of Warrenton.

Wilton started his career in the insurance industry in October of 1986.  Over his 20 plus year career he has worked for several companies as a Claims Adjuster and Agent.  He joined the Puffenbarger Agency in October of 1996 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Agency.  In addition to his management responsibilities, he is also involved in the sale of personal, commercial and life insurance. Wilton holds professional designations in Life Insurance (LUTCF) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS).  Wilton is also active in the Fauquier County Chamber of Commerce.

Vicki D. Elmore

Operations Manager

Vicki has lived in the Prince William & Fauquier county area for most of her life.  She is a graduate of George Mason University with a BS in Economics.  Vicki and her family reside in the town of Warrenton.

Vicki started her career with the Puffenbarger Agency in 2002.  She has her Property & Casualty license and is the Agency’s technology and Human Resource specialist.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Vicki manages the support staff and is actively involved in monitoring and reporting on the various processes and workflows within the Agency.  Vicki is also the executive assistant to the Agency Owner and Agency President.
